Peçam sempre as vossas facturas/talão do MB quando forem ao Tromba Rija.
A conta foi 292,50€ mas eles cobraram a mais 200,00€ para além do valor da conta, a título de gratificação.
Só hoje reparei que o débito a minha conta tinha sido de 492,50€ e não de 292,50€, isso obrigou-me a ir a casa buscar os comprovativos que tinha e voltar lá para reclamar, eles alegaram o seguinte:
"…foi o senhor que digitou o valor de gratificação"
"…é a máquina nova que faz estes erros"
Na minha opinião eles agiram de má fé quando cobraram os 200€.
Após o término das desculpas o senhor deu-me o cheque dos 200€ cobrados indevidamente.
Reparem que no talão do MB aparece a frase "inclui gratificação de 200,00 EUR "

Já fui a 2 restaurantes do grupo precisamente em Gaia e em Marrazes e nunca me aconteceu nada mas a partir de agora vou ter mais cuidado.

Além de se comer boa comida, de se beber bom vinho do barril (nada de marcas famosas) ainda se paga pouco e sem truques destes.

CIRCULA NA INTERNET UM EMAIL COM DOIS DOCUMENTOS ANEXOS, AFIRMANDO UM CLIENTE QUE FOI BURLADO NO RESTAURANTE TROMBA RIJA EM LISBOA
À guisa de PERGUNTA / RESPOSTA, vamos esclarecer este assunto, e enviamos o conteúdo deste documento para todos os nossos AMIGOS, que sabem que seria IMPOSSIVEL alguém, em qualquer dos estabelecimentos TROMBA RIJA, ter semelhante atitude, de um modo intencional.
A CAUSA INICIAL…
1. Deste a abertura do Tromba Rija de Lisboa, em Dezembro de 2005, foi utilizada uma máquina de multibanco, que não podia ser deslocada da mesa da recepção. Era lá que os clientes efectuavam os pagamentos quando utilizavam cartões.
2. Há cerca de duas semanas, dia 14 Nov 2007, antes do sucedido foi essa máquina trocada por uma outra, que pode ir à mesa do cliente.
3. E foi essa a máquina utilizada na operação de que estamos a falar.
4. A máquina em causa tinha activada a possibilidade de os clientes incluírem a gratificação no pagamento com o cartão, que veio activada a quando da recepção da mesma.
Então o que se passou de facto?
1. Havia uma mesa marcada para 10 pessoas em nome do Sr Sergio Santos.
2. Vieram 9 pessoas e quando terminou a refeição pediram para efectuar o pagamento.
3. Foi levada a máquina à mesa para que o cliente efectuasse o pagamento, e neste caso foi o Sr. Sergio Santos que o fez de facto.
4. Isto porque só o titular do cartão pode fazer o pagamento… de notar que no mail que anda na Internet o nome do mesmo foi apagado do talão do MB, não seria para usar o cartão visto não aparecerem os números e assim será impossível usar o mesmo , no original em nosso poder está o nome . Haverá alguma razão para ocultar a identidade ?
E como se processou tudo para se chegar a semelhante situação?
Por se tratar de um cartão VISA Electron DB, a operação de pagamento, tem a seguinte sequência:
a. Em frente ao cliente, porque é ele que tem o cartão e o entrega, este é passado na máquina e em seguida é por nós colocado o valor da conta. Isso foi feito correctamente. Neste caso o valor era de 292,50 Euros.
b. Neste momento entregamos a máquina ao cliente para que siga a operação de pagamento.
c. O cliente confere o valor e carrega no botão de “OK”.
d. Depois aparece a frase de Tip/Gratificação. O cliente digita a quantia de gratificação, se for caso disso e carrega em “OK”.
e. A seguir aparece o total da conta com a gratificação incluída e novamente o cliente tem de validar, carregando de novo em “OK”.
f. Só depois de tudo validado é que aparece a possibilidade de o cliente colocar o código pessoal.
g. Assim que isso é feito sai o talão multibanco com a operação completa e o pagamento fica efectuado, ficando o original em poder do cliente e a cópia em poder do estabelecimento.
h. O erro foi detectado pelo escritório no dia a seguir, sábado, mas…
i. Não tínhamos o contacto do cliente porque
j. A REDUNICRE, não fornece o número de telefone do titular do cartão.
Muito bem e depois?
O procedimento habitual é aguardar 3 dias e depois ir directamente ao Banco emissor do cartão, para tentar conseguir os meios de contacto com os clientes.
O que não foi necessário porque o cliente apareceu na segunda-feira, tendo sido devolvido o valor de 200 Euros, por meio de cheque.
A função que estava de poder incluir gratificação foi desactivada logo a seguir ,depois de se contactar a Redunicre para tentarmos saber o que se tinha passado ,e também para assim se evitar possíveis casos no futuro.
Mas não podia ter sido o empregado a fazer essas operações todas pelo cliente?
Impossível, porque a máquina foi entregue ao cliente após a passagem do cartão e da colocação do valor da conta e foi ele que deu continuação à operação em frente ao Gerente José Mendes, que é também sócio da empresa.
Então o cliente é que executou todos os procedimentos?
Exacto. E é por esse facto que ele não pode de modo algum apodar de BURLA o que se passou.
Da nossa parte houve o descuido de não ver no final da execução se tudo estava bem. Mas isso é natural, porque tinha sido o José Mendes a efectuar a primeira operação de colocação do valor devido.
Da parte do cliente houve um acto praticado de um modo inconsciente, com diversos passos obrigatórios, até completar a operação de pagamento. E é por isso que lhe cabe integralmente a culpa do que se passou.
E LHE NÃO DÁ O DIREITO DE DIZER QUE HOUVE UMA BURLA NO TROMBA RIJA.
Tanto mais que o valor lhe foi devolvido de imediato.
E então agora?
O mundo está cheio de pessoas como a deste triste episódio.
Todos os que nos conhecem – e são centenas de milhar – sabem que é IMPOSSIVEL ter acontecido uma coisa destas no TROMBA RIJA, de uma forma premeditada. Podia ter sido um erro, e mesmo assim isso não seria desculpável?
